Cancelling your ride

You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your ride’s start time (Central Time). Cancel online with your confirmation number and booking email, or call or text us at (945) 210-6344.

Within 24 hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are not eligible for a refund. If something unexpected comes up, call or text us and we’ll see what we can do.

If we need to cancel

If we cancel your ride because of weather or safety conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually posts them within 5–10 business days.

The price shown at checkout is the final total for your booking.
